Your mission ##

• Team leader according to the schedule
• Ensure customer satisfaction and sales standards in our stores
• Support in staff planning, personnel management, and store organization
• Order and present merchandise
• Cashiering

Your profile ##

• Professional experience in sales or a similar field
• Experience in team management / management
• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (Monday to Sunday and public holidays between 5:00 and 22:00; morning and/or evening shifts of approximately 9 hours each)
• Communication skills and enjoyment of human contact
• High motivation, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Good knowledge of French in writing and speaking
