As the owner of an attractive real estate portfolio, it manages and develops its properties with foresight, quality awareness, and a long-term, sustainable approach. Real Estate Manager 50–70%

Your tasks

• Independent and comprehensive management of your own real estate portfolio with predominantly residential properties and a smaller commercial component
• Management of rental relationships from leasing to termination, including viewings, apartment acceptances and handovers, as well as the preparation of lease agreements
• Professional support for tenants as well as contact with authorities, tradespeople, and facility management
• Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair work as well as commissioning external service providers
• Implementation of lease agreement changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• Maintenance and ensuring of an up-to-date and complete database
• Collaboration on exciting real estate projects, for example during initial lettings and tenant fit-outs
• Support with the service charge accounting in cooperation with the real estate accounting
• Control of accounts payable invoices and support in the dunning process

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Good knowledge of tenancy law as well as a solid technical and structural understanding
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Professional, winning appearance as well as enjoyment of personal contact with various stakeholders
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Openness to new ways of working and interest in digital processes
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with common real estate management software; knowledge of PROPbase/AbaImmo is an advantage
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
