Logistics and stock management collaborator 20%

Fermentierra is a small artisanal company specializing in lacto-fermented vegetables. For our new site in Morat, we are looking for a reliable and highly organized person to progressively take responsibility for the general order, tidiness, and smooth circulation of goods.
The position can be integrated within the framework of an ORP measure, a professional internship, or a work initiation allowance, depending on the profile and eligibility of the person. A perspective of long-term engagement is conceivable if collaboration and the evolution of the activity allow it.

Profile:

• AFP-initiated training
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, order picking or small-scale production welcome, but not essential;
• Great sense of order, reliability and autonomy;
• Careful and methodical work;
• Ease with manual tasks and digital tools;
• French allowing for understanding instructions; German appreciated.

Tasks:

• Organize and maintain the order of the site and storage spaces;
• Receive, store and identify goods;
• Perform occasional inventories and track stock movements;
• Anticipate needs for material and consumables;
• Eventually, prepare orders, pack products and manage shipments;
• Use simple digital management and traceability tools;
• Occasionally support the production team as needed.

Activity rate: 20 %, with possibility of evolution according to volumes.
