Missions

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails;
• Organize and coordinate meetings and travel;
• General services, supplies and merchandising: Supervise office supplies, catering and promotional items, liaise with suppliers and ensure efficient and cost-effective stock management. Maintain and monitor stocks of branded clothing and accessories.
• Business travel support: Provide travel assistance on request, manage communication with travelers, process travel-related invoices, ensure cost control for flights, and manage visas and travel documents on request.
• Administrative support: Respond to general administrative needs as they arise.
• Facility Management: Act as a deputy as an internal and external point of contact for tenants, suppliers and service providers regarding building-related issues.

Candidate Profile

As an Administrative Assistant, you have the following profile:

• A degree in secretarial studies or a similar field;
• Good command of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office;
• Excellent command of French, with good English skills B2 minimum;
• An ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency;
• An ability to work independently and in a team.
