We are a company with social and economic offerings, aimed at people who are dependent on guidance and support as a result of a mental impairment. We offer over 200 places in the work and day structure sector and 28 residential places.

For our Packaging and Lettershop business area, we are looking for a

Agogic Specialist (80%) ##

starting February 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Our business area carries out a wide variety of production and customer orders in the areas of packaging, equipping, assembly, and mail dispatch. Employees with IV pensions are accompanied by a competent specialist team and supported taking into account their individual resources. In this way, we jointly master the upcoming tasks and create prerequisites for personal development, participation, and the achievement of individual goals.

These are your tasks ##

• Agogic guidance: Together with other group leaders in a team, you lead, support, and accompany employees according to their needs during various customer orders. You accompany development in an orientation towards participation and create an appreciative and motivating working atmosphere
• Economic orders: In close team cooperation, you are responsible for the timely and quality-compliant execution of customer orders
• Planning and organization: You skillfully design the workflows, create lessons, aids, and instructions. You thereby enable competence building among employees, optimize production results, and ensure the professional handling of tools and machines

This is you ##

• Expert and experienced: You have training in the field of agogics or have experience in the agogic work area
• Empathic and structured: You are an appreciative person. Dealing with diverse personalities gives you joy and comes easily to you
• Reliable and cooperative: You act in an orientation towards solutions, react flexibly to unforeseen events, and maintain an overview in demanding situations. You are highly team-oriented
• Digitally savvy: Your good Office user skills form the basis for the versatile administrative tasks and the documentation of your guidance
