For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for an
HR Assistant 80%
In this very versatile position, you support the head of HR administration in the management of administrative processes and collaborate actively with 2 HR assistants and the HR Business Partners. As a contact person for employees, you inform and accompany them in the administrative management of their files. You contribute to teamwork in order to guarantee an efficient organization and the smooth running of the HR department.
What does the job consist of?
Payroll and social insurance management
Management of attendance and absences as well as employee access
Management of personnel files, digital and physical
Advice and support to employees
Compliance with legal obligations and creation of reports for managers
Coordination of the employee life cycle with the HRBPs
What do we expect from you?
CFC in commercial employment, completed by a "HR Manager with HRSE certificate"
Confirmed experience of 7 to 10 years, ideally in an industrial environment with shift schedules
Federal diploma of specialist in HR or specialist in social insurance, an asset
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes
German native speaker or C2 level, with very good knowledge of French
Mastery of M365, advanced knowledge of Excel and knowledge of SAP HCM
Team spirit with an autonomous and precise way of working
