Programmer Setter (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a prestigious Manufacture Horlogère, we are looking for a Programmer Setter (M/F) for a temporary mission of at least 3 months.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will program 3 or 4-axis milling machines, establish manufacturing files, and ensure the setup and adjustment of production equipment.
• You will guarantee the smooth running of manufacturing by ensuring production monitoring, the quality of parts, and the entry of industrialization, manufacturing, and control data.
• You will diagnose technical malfunctions and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, technical documentation, and workshop organization in collaboration with the production, methods, quality, and industrialization teams.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in Micromécanicien, Polymécanicien, or a title deemed equivalent.
• You possess significant experience in CNC milling machine programming and setting.
• You master the reading of technical drawings as well as usual control methods.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and the entry of production data.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong analytical spirit. You enjoy teamwork.
• You are oriented towards quality, continuous improvement, and respect for manufacturing standards.
