Group Leader (Social Pedagogue HF/FH), 80%

Your tasks

• Leading a residential group with 5-6 clients
• Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the team
• Support in maintaining clear structures and active participation in shaping a varied everyday life at Die Tanne
• Individual and comprehensive care of our clients in the areas of living, day center, leisure, promotion, and care

What you bring

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH (mandatory)
• Professional competence in the field of disability combined with curiosity, patience, and joy in working
• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality - even in unexpected situations
• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense of one's own work-life balance
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation in a motivated team
