Facility Manager (m/f)

You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of buildings, their security and their proper functioning, notably by ensuring the monitoring of installations, service providers and regulatory obligations.

Your responsibilities ####

• Ensure the daily management and proper functioning of buildings and technical installations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate external companies and service providers.
• Ensure the monitoring of controls, inspections and technical interventions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding fire safety, notably AEAI requirements.
• Monitor security equipment and organize periodic controls.
• Participate in the management of emergency situations and the updating of procedures.
• Ensure the monitoring of maintenance contracts, budgets and operating costs.
• Collaborate with authorities, suppliers and various technical partners.
• Keep the technical and regulatory documentation of the buildings up to date.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, quality and energy efficiency of the installations.

Your profile ####

• Technical training or in the field of Facility Management, building operations or equivalent.
• Valid AEAI certification in fire protection.
• Proven experience in a function as Facility Manager, technical manager or similar.
• Good knowledge of building technical installations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Swiss regulations regarding fire safety.
• Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ease in coordinating service providers and external stakeholders.
• Fluent French
• Driver's license desired.
