We are looking for, for the social service of the Sion site:

A social assistant (60%)

Your mission
=============

• Examine requests for financial social assistance within the framework of the LIAS
• Orient and inform about the Valais social network
• Establish social assistance budgets
• Inform about social insurance and the subsidiarity of social assistance
• Provide administrative accompaniment and social support
• Collaborate with social insurance institutions (health insurance funds, compensation fund, AI office, etc.)

Your profile
============

• Bachelor in social work (social service option) or a training deemed equivalent
• Practical experience in social service, ideally in a CMS, an asset
• Knowledge of the Valais socio-sanitary network
• Good synthesis and decision-making skills
• Spirit of initiative and ability to work independently and in a team
• Listening capacity, sense of contact
