The reformed evangelical parish of Wigoltingen-Raperswilen has approximately 1 200 members. With a wide range of meaningful areas of activity, the human being is at the center. Through its offerings, the parish reaches a large number of people, from the young to the elderly. Through its innovative forms of ecclesial life, it embodies the needs of a modern and diverse society.

The parish includes two churches and a parish hall, as well as several apartments and a residential house in Frauenfeld, which must be managed. For our dynamic team, we are looking for a committed person as a concierge:

Your tasks ###

• Organization, setup, and provision of premises for services, concerts, ceremonies, aperitifs, or events, as well as support and assistance in realization
• Technical service: maintenance, control and use of audio and all building technology
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations in the ecclesial facilities and rented objects
• Infrastructural service: (interior/exterior cleaning), waste management and winter service
• Assistance in the maintenance of green spaces around our public facilities

Your profile ###

• Completed professional apprenticeship, preferably with a manual/technical building background, with the willingness to follow the basic concierge training
• Organizational skills as well as an autonomous and service-oriented way of working
• Experience and pleasure in the role of host as well as in physical activity
• Ease with electronic devices and technical installations in a church, as well as manual skills for small repairs
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Good command of German orally and in writing as well as polished manners
• Basic positive attitude and membership in the reformed evangelical Church
• Category B driver's license and residence in or near our parish
