Psychiatry Social Counseling

Your area of responsibility

• Support of patients across the entire psychiatric spectrum in the outpatient sector (on working days)
• Taking over, as part of the internal treatment team, the counseling on psychosocial, labor, and social insurance law issues
• Accompanying patients as well as their relatives in difficult life situations
• Mediating tailored social services to the situation of the patients
• Maintaining well-functioning cooperation with the other professional groups of the psychiatry Spitäler fmi AG as well as external network partners

Your competencies

• University degree in Social Work
• Proficient in counseling regarding labor and social insurance law issues
• Ideally experience in statutory social work or in psychosocial counseling
• Reliable, careful, and independent way of working
• Patient-, team-, and network-oriented mindset
• Open, appreciative, and respectful manner
