Job description
small Foot AG stands for childcare that is at the center of our hearts. Your responsibility

Support of the team in the care and promotion of children
Co-creation of a loving and promoting environment for the children
Implementation of pedagogical concepts
Promotion of individual abilities and talents of the children
Support in parental work and transparent communication
Guidance of apprentices and interns
Collaboration with the Kita management
Your skills

Dipl. specialist in childcare or equivalent training in the pedagogical field
Joy in dealing with children and a loving manner
Warmth and empathy in dealing with legal guardians and colleagues
Willingness for personal development
