Kitchen assistant/canteen assistant 30% - CDI

We are looking for a collaborator for the position of kitchen assistant/canteen assistant for our production kitchen in Leysin.

Occupation rate: 30%
Hourly contract smoothed over the year
Hours: approximately 18 hours per week excluding school holidays, Lu-Tu-Th-Fr
Vacations: 5 weeks
Start date: immediately
Depending on the salary granted, the processing of overtime will be carried out according to the agreed legal provisions appearing in the CCNT.

Profile:

• Experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of French
• Affinity with children
• Driving license B
• Clear special criminal record extract

Here are the main tasks of the kitchen assistant (non-exhaustive list):

• Preparation of meals according to established menus and recipe sheets
• Organization and realization of mise en place in the kitchen
• Management of food portioning in compliance with defined grammages
• Realization and control of dietary requirements (modified textures, allergies, specific)
• Compliant labeling of trays (traceability, diets, necessary indications)
• Reheating and plating of meals in compliance with given instructions
• Ensuring the correct distribution of dietary requirements, modified textures, allergies and specific requests, according to the client's needs
• Control of presentation, quality and quantities before service
• Strict respect for HACCP hygiene and food safety standards
• Cleaning, tidying, maintenance of equipment, the finishing station and dishes after service.
