Tasks

• Lead a team on an operational, technical, and economic level
• Develop employees and act as a contact person for personnel matters
• Ensure the link between the teams in Suisse romande and German-speaking Switzerland
• Develop the market and maintain customer relationships
• Advise and support pilot projects in BIM and digital structures
• Guarantee quality project execution, on time and economically viable
• Develop the offering in the field of road construction and infrastructure

Profile

• Degree from a university or a university of applied sciences in civil engineering
• Several years of experience as a project manager
• Taste for team management and employee development
• Confidence, negotiation skills, and understanding of technical and economic issues
• Fluent French, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of German, spoken and written
