In addition to the ski area, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates the Catrina-Resort with holiday apartments, the Catrina-*Hotel, the Catrina-Lodge, the Catrina-Hostel, and 11 catering establishments on the mountain and in the valley. Also part of our group are two modern sports shops with bike / ski rental, as well as numerous sports articles. Our guests come predominantly from German-speaking areas, Scandinavia, Ticino, and Northern Italy. Chef de Rang with Cashiering (m/f)

Field of activity:

• You receive and look after our guests courteously and serve food and drinks professionally
• Mise en place activities and setting the tables
• Booking of food and drinks
• Active recommendation of food and drinks to the guest
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines incl. care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
• Operating and closing the cash register

Requirements:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or several years of experience in service
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and pleasure in interacting with our guests
• Teamwork skills and flexibility (weekend shifts)
• Sales talent and passion for gastronomy
• Good German language skills
