The Beloved foundation is advertising a position for:

Social Worker / Case Manager (M/F/D)

2-year fixed-term contract, extendable

50% evolvable

Your missions

Ensure individual follow-up (case management) of the persons accompanied by the foundation, from the initial assessment to the end-of-follow-up report

Support the director in the coordination of social and administrative files

Ensure liaison with external partners (communal and cantonal social services, AI offices, compensation funds, insurers, medical and therapeutic network)

Orient beneficiaries in their procedures with Swiss social insurance/institutions (AI, LAVI, AVS, unemployment insurance, social assistance, supplementary benefits, LAMal, etc.)

Write situation reports, social assessments, and documents necessary for the follow-up of files

Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes

Represent the foundation during network meetings, upon request of the director

Your profile

HES degree in social work (social worker) or training deemed equivalent

A complementary training in health/integration case management is an asset

CAS LAVI an asset

Proven experience in individual social accompaniment, ideally in connection with the fields of health, integration, and precariousness

Experience of close collaboration with a management

Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and social institutions

Mastery of the constitution of files with social insurance

Interpersonal ease with a public in a situation of vulnerability

Fluent French indispensable

Good knowledge of Italian and German - important
