HUMAN CAPITAL SPECIALIST 40 - 60 %

What awaits you:

• Co-responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle from personnel planning via recruiting, contract management, onboarding, talent management to succession planning
• Support for employees and line managers at the headquarters in Switzerland, in Europe, the USA, China and in India
• Administrative activities from joining to leaving the company, creating contracts, certificates and statistics, contacts with insurers and authorities
• Support in the recruitment process and/or independent assumption of recruitments domestically and abroad
• Planning and implementation of further training measures and employee events
• Support in payroll processing in Switzerland
• Participation in HR projects such as digitalization, BGM, employer branding etc.
• General support and deputy for the HR Manager

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training with further training in the HR field, e.g. as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist
• Some years of experience in human resources
• Joy in daily contact with people of different nations and functions as well as in the continuous further development of HR tools and systems
• Stylish communication skills in German and good to very good English skills
• Flexible, committed personality with empathy and a high sense of responsibility and service
