To stand by our customers individually has always been part of our DNA. You and your colleagues at the reception ensure that everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you will support us in the Leistungsprüfung Services department with the triage of digital benefit documents. Do you love working in a central position where all the strings come together? If you can answer these questions with an enthusiastic "Yes!", then you are exactly the person we are looking for!

This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• The heart of it: You have responsibility for the reception at the Root location and are in daily contact with people in person, by telephone, or via email.
• You are also involved in daily business and take on simple operational activities related to the digitalization of benefit documents.
• Thanks to your service standard and your quality requirement, we can ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.
• When it comes to the further development of processes, you always think one step ahead and drive innovations forward.
• Flexibility and resilience characterize you - even in hectic moments, you maintain focus.

This is what you bring with you ##

• Most importantly: Your basic commercial training forms the solid foundation for this exciting function.
• You express yourself well in German (orally and in writing) and enjoy using your good knowledge of another national language in your daily work.
• You have good PC skills and an affinity for various IT tools.
• We highly value your high integrity in dealing with confidential information.
• You are a team player and enjoy working together with others.
• And last but not least: You like to pitch in with all tasks and are not too good for yourself to take on very different tasks.
