Social Media and Marketing Manager 20-30%

Your tasks:

• Planning, creation, and publication of creative content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, possibly LinkedIn)
• Production of engaging photo, video, story, and reel content directly from our beauty/studio everyday life
• Development of creative campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities
• Community Management: looking after our community via comments, messages, and interactions
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of Paid Social Ads (Meta Ads / Instagram / Facebook / TikTok Ads)
• Creation of advertising campaigns for customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales promotion
• Analysis and reporting of campaign performance (Reach, Engagement, Leads, Conversions, ROAS)
• Maintenance and further development of our website / landing pages / online offers
• Support with launches, events, promotions, and product/service promotions
• Collaboration with influencers, creators, or external partners if required
• Observation of current social media and beauty trends for the continuous further development of our brand

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and ideally TikTok Ads
• Understanding of performance marketing, target group targeting, and conversion optimization
• Creative eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
• Confident handling of Instagram, TikTok, and current platform trends
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry is an advantage
• Photo/video know-how is a big plus
