Real estate accountant (m/f) 50%-80%
Your main mission:
Full real estate accounting for a portfolio of rental properties and PPE as well as corporate accounting.
Your responsibilities:
Full management of the accounting for a portfolio of rental properties and PPE ;
Preparation and validation of invoice payments (including the payment of available funds) ;
Preparation of service charge statements ;
Closing of accounts and preparation of management statements ;
Customer relations for all files related to accounting ;
Preparation and sending of tax elements to co-owners ;
Preparation of balance sheets, VAT statements ;
Management of cash accounts and reconciliation ;
Treasury monitoring ;
Payroll management.
Your profile:
CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title. Federal diploma in accounting is an asset ;
Minimum 3 years of experience in an accountant position in the real estate field (indispensable) ;
Experience in the fiduciary/corporate accounting field is an asset ;
Sense of priorities and autonomy in work ;
Flexibility in the face of unforeseen circumstances and changes in priorities.
