What you can achieve ###

• As an experienced leader, you are responsible for the personnel and professional management of the administration team with approx. 16 employees
• Through proactive and sound business planning and control, you ensure the financial and operational achievement of the clinic's goals. This includes, among other things, budget planning and monitoring, the optimization of performance recording, the provision of reports and investment analyses, as well as the conception and implementation of the jointly developed service strategy
• You proactively shape the interprofessional and partnership-based cooperation with the chief physicians, the nursing management, and the department management and ensure an efficient flow of information and communication
• You take an active role in the optimization of interfaces and processes as well as responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of projects for the further development of the clinic

What you bring with you ###

• You have a business administration degree at FH/University level, preferably at Master's level
• You bring several years of practical experience in a comparable business administration function
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector as well as in project management are an advantage
• Process-oriented thinking and action, a high degree of assertiveness and solution orientation, as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality complete your profile
