On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in the automotive sector in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead and develop all after-sales activities of the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all activities of the After-Sales department.
• Supervise, unite, and support the workshop and after-sales reception teams.
• Define service objectives and ensure their follow-up through relevant performance indicators.
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure complaint management.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of services.
• Control the quality of interventions carried out and guarantee an irreproachable customer experience.

Profile

• CFC in the automotive field (Automotive mechatronics or equivalent training).
• Additional training in management is a real asset.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar function within an automotive after-sales service.
• Successful experience in managing and supervising teams.
• Excellent mastery of after-sales processes and good knowledge of the automotive sector.
• Strong customer orientation and sense of service.
• Ease in analyzing performance indicators and managing a profit center.
• Leadership, organizational skills, decision-making spirit, and ability to unite teams.
