We are looking for a personality who inspires people for Sky-Frame, builds trust, and enjoys taking on responsibility. In our three-person HR team, you will take the lead for our recruiting, accompany employees and managers in personnel matters, and support us in further developing our HR work. You will step in at a moment when we are actively shaping central questions regarding leadership, culture, and cooperation.

• You advise and accompany employees and managers in personnel and labor law matters.
• You accompany employees from entry to exit.
• You work on topics related to leadership, cooperation, and personnel development.

What you bring with you

• several years of experience in a comparable HR role
• experience in recruiting and in advising managers
• good knowledge of Swiss labor law
• an HR specialist certificate (HR-Fachausweis) or a comparable further education
