Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Participation in the care process and assessment of care needs with RAI for assigned residents
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Taking charge of a specialized theme and participation in the group network for quality of care

Your profile

• Completed training as a spécialiste en santé CFC
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
