Job description

For our Schiffbauplatz location, we are looking for a committed specialist for our baby group. Your role:

Co-responsible care and promotion of our nest group with children aged approx. 3-18 months.
Implementation of development-promoting activities in the daily routine.
Observation, documentation and reflection of developmental steps.
Close cooperation with parents and other specialists to promote child development.
Co-shaping a loving, professional learning environment.
What you bring:

Completed training as FaBe Kind / educator / early childhood education qualification or comparable.
Enthusiasm for working with very young children.
Empathic attitude, team spirit and joy of ideas.
Good German language skills, other languages welcome.
