For our client, a well-established local structure in the region, we are looking for an HR Administrator - Payroll at 50/60%. Creation of a position to relieve the manager.

HR Administrator - Payroll 50/60%

Within a small team, you are responsible for the entire employee life cycle as well as payroll management for your group companies.

More specifically, you are in charge of:

• Management of all processes related to the employee life cycle: hiring, AVS, LPP... in connection with the collective agreement
• Payroll management up to the closing cycles independently
• Management of processes related to insurance
• Monitoring of illnesses, accidents...
• Implementing and monitoring training tools
• Monitoring and implementation of internal processes

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in payroll / HR management
• HRSE certificate
• Real desire / necessity to work part-time in the medium to long term
• Salary 80/90K CHF at 100%
• Start of position as soon as possible or at the latest in January 2027

It is important to be able to work in a local SME with several entities.

Our ideal candidate will seek a reduced rate in the long term, even if this can be evolutionary.
