Part-time administrative assistant (10-20% or to be discussed)

Mission

• Participation in the administrative management of the office
• Executive assistance and technical assistance

Main tasks

• Secretarial work, answering phones, emails, mail
• Drafting minutes, reports, layout
• Invoicing and accounting
• Participation in drafting offers and preparation of offer documents
• Participation in drafting tenders and preparation of tender documents for public contracts in civil engineering and equipment (structural and finishing works)

Profile

• Holder of a commercial training with CFC, you have 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Precision and rigor
• Dynamic, autonomous personality, with a good sense of initiative and responsibility
• Sense of organization and methodology
• Ease of communication and willingness to work in a team

Particularities / Job specifics

• Respect for administrative procedures, experience in public procurement is an asset
• Comfortable with the usual MS Office pack IT tools, mastery of Messerli software is an asset
• Very good oral and written skills in French desired, mastery of German is an asset
