Job description
From 1. January 2027, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist with a team leader function, 60 %, for our Kita Swisscolino in Worblaufen, who enjoys professionally caring for, accompanying, and supporting an age-separated group of children in their development. Your activities

Co-responsibility for the care of a group of children within the framework of the pedagogical concept of leolea
Co-responsibility for the organizational implementation of daily life
Co-responsibility for the domestic area and for the room design
Maintenance of parent contacts as well as support for parents in education and development matters
Co-responsibility for constructive cooperation within the team
Your profile

Training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training
Empathic, committed and resource-oriented personality
Conflict- and assertive-capable
Differentiated communication
