We are strengthening our Managed Care team and are looking for versatile and committed people who are ready to familiarize themselves with a new area of responsibility.

What awaits you ###

• You independently process Managed Care agreements with physician networks and are the first point of contact for the networks in your area of responsibility.
• You check whether the rules of our alternative insurance models are being complied with and process the corresponding reports regarding myDoc, HMO and smartDoc.
• You are regularly in contact with our insured persons and Managed Care partners by telephone and in writing.
• You support the team with administrative tasks in daily business.

What you bring with you ###

• You have completed a basic medical or commercial education.
• You communicate confidently in German, both on the phone and in writing. Other foreign languages are a plus.
• You respond empathically to people and work independently and precisely.
• You enjoy working in a team and bring the willingness to learn new things.
• If you already have experience in health insurance, all the better.
