Study Coordinator or Study Nurse

To strengthen our team at the Klinik für Pneumologie und Schlafmedizin, we are looking for a Study Coordinator or Study Nurse for clinical studies. You will support the implementation, data entry, and monitoring, and will work independently in the clinical research environment after careful introduction.

Your tasks

• Administration and organization of research data and resources
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of study visits with patients
• Primary contact person for patients and their relatives during participation in clinical studies
• Communication with sponsors/CROs and the medical study team
• Participation in study meetings
• Collaboration in the implementation of monitorings, audits, and inspections

Your profile

• Completed training as med. Praxisassistent/in or Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit, preferably with some years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of contact with study participants
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams and specialist departments
• Proficient use of IT systems and electronic study databases is an advantage
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
