Your tasks
Independent management of all stations
Co-responsibility for ordering food and stock management
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, HACCP
Quality assurance
Preparation of meals for the residents and the guests in the restaurant (cold and warm kitchen)
Participation in banquets and events
What you bring with you
Completed training as / Cook EFZ
High quality awareness
Joy and enthusiasm for contemporary forms of catering
Some years of professional experience in the à-la-carte and banquet sector
Joy in accompanying apprentices
Good communication skills in German
