Your tasks

You create learning situations for the trainees, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, give feedback, and assess them orally and in writing.

You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and work 1:1 with the trainees.

You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and the nursing teams and take on an important function in the leadership triangle.

Execution of treatment nursing activities that are used as learning situations

Planning and accompaniment of medical rounds

Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach

Taking on tasks as a reference person

Control of the nursing process - depending on the training level of the trainees

Leading case discussions - depending on the training level of the trainees

Taking on day responsibility together with the trainees

Taking on tasks as a topic carrier, professional authority to instruct
Regulated working hours

Your profile

Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII,
"FaGe EFZ" or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

Experience as RAI-coordination is an advantage

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of diverse challenges

Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Enjoyment of working with trainees and students

A recognized further education in the pedagogical field (at least vocational trainer course)
