What you bring:

• Completed studies (Uni/FH) preferably in business administration, real estate management, or (economic) geography; ideally a combination of high economic affinity and spatial understanding (specialist knowledge in spatial planning)
• Professional experience in leading interdisciplinary projects and in addressing issues at the interface of economy, location, area development, real estate, or spatial planning
• Connected, proactive, and implementation-strong personality with enjoyment of operational and conceptual work -- hands-on mentality
• High analytical and problem-solving competence as well as strategic thinking
• Interest in political processes and the functioning of public institutions

Objective:

The job holder ensures the long-term increase in area availability for corporate settlements in the Canton Aargau. Through the further development of economic policy instruments, the management of networks, and the strategic design of workplace areas, the competitiveness of the canton is sustainably increased.
