The company HANS LEUTENEGGER SA is a leading Swiss company since 1965 in permanent and temporary staff placement. In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for several collaborators for the Geneva region:

Internal HVAC Technician - Project Manager M/F #

Your responsibilities

• Customer Management & Support: Handle customer requests by e-mail and telephone. Analyze their needs, formalize offers, and ensure technical follow-up remotely.
• HVAC Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation or renovation projects. Define schedules, allocate resources, and monitor site progress.
• Technical Follow-up & Offers: Perform basic thermal calculations, dimension equipment, and write specifications as well as quotes.
• Internal/External Coordination: Collaborate closely with field assembly teams and order necessary material from suppliers.
• Multilingual Communication: Ensure written and oral correspondence with our Swiss and international clients and partners.

Your profile

• Education: Higher technical training in HVAC or CFC installer/designer (with strong experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in HVAC project management or in a sedentary technical interface role.
• Languages (Mandatory): Perfect mastery of French AND fluent level (minimum B2/C1) in English OR German, both orally and in writing.
• Skills: Writing skills, excellent telephone eloquence, and mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office, ERP).
• Soft skills: Keen sense of customer service, organizational rigor, initiative, and ability to manage priorities.
