Business Analyst Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring (80%)

Tasks

• Further development of a platform for anti-money laundering monitoring in the banking environment
• The bank's Compliance department as the client constantly issues new

orders in the form of new projects or implementation of so-called
quick wins for immediate implementation and production launch. These must be
classified in the overall context, analyzed and managed through to implementation.

• Collection, structuring, documentation and prioritization of requirements incoming from the Compliance area up to the acceptance of the requirement in the form of Use Cases, User Stories and functional concepts
• Coordination of requirements with the vendor and all internal stakeholders
• Traceability of regulatory requirements through to technical implementation
• Creation of test cases from functional requirements

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking environment
• Strong knowledge in the areas of Customer Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Trade Surveillance and Employee Compliance
• Sound methodological skillset for Business Analysis in the SAFe environment as well as confident handling of Jira and Confluence
• Very good German skills
• Very good English skills

• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented way of working with a convincing appearance
