For our next ephemeral pop-up store in the heart of Lausanne, we are looking for a Sales Advisor – Jewelry & premium universe.

📍 Lausanne – Saint-François

At mood, selling a piece of jewelry is not simply processing a sale.

It is understanding a customer, helping them discover our interchangeable ring system, helping them create their combination, making them want to return… and letting them live the mood experience.

We are therefore looking for someone who truly knows sales and loves the product.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in jewelry, fine jewelry, watchmaking, premium fashion, or luxury.
• A true culture of customer service: impeccable welcome, listening, advice, and loyalty.
• A person who is naturally elegant, smiling, and very comfortable with customers.
• An excellent commercial sense: knowing how to advise, propose a combination, perform complementary sales, and transform a visit into a purchase, without forced selling.
• An autonomous and reliable person, capable of managing a point of sale and taking care of it as if it were their own.
• Comfortable with turnover objectives and performance monitoring.
• Very good command of French; English and/or German are real assets.
• Available to work according to retail hours, including Saturdays.
• And above all: having the desire to understand the mood universe, its collections, and its functioning.
