Your important contribution

• You can concentrate on one person. With us, you care for one person after another - without the bell ringing in two other rooms at the same time.
• You build personal relationships. In relationship-based care, you get to know our clients, their habits and needs, and shape the care individually.
• You work independently on Spitex tours in Burgdorf and the surrounding area. You take responsibility, have freedom in work organization, and get some fresh air between your assignments.
• You belong to a motivated team. We exchange experiences and support each other.
• You apply your expertise in basic care and support where it helps immediately: with people who can live as independently as possible at home thanks to your support.
• You contribute your observations and ideas in exchange with the case management and actively help shape the care process.
• You document your care carefully and independently, thereby creating a reliable basis for further care.

With this, you enrich our team

• You have completed training as a nursing assistant or AGS
• You enjoy interacting with older people and are committed to the diverse tasks
• You have a driving license of category B and ideally possess your own car
• You are available for assignments on two to three mornings and/or on two to three evenings.
• You work independently and with a sense of quality and value careful care
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing
