tasks

• you take over the competent and individual care and support of guests with dementia and recognize changes in order to initiate necessary measures
• additionally, you carry out activating measures as well as daily activities and participate in team meetings
• you actively exchange information with relatives, legal guardians and other involved persons
• in doing so, you work closely with the well-coordinated team in the day shift and also take on daily responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 40 and 80%

requirements

• you have training as a registered nurse / nurse or specialist in long-term care
• additionally, your enthusiasm for long-term care is great and you help to further develop this holistically managed and innovative home
• joy and empathy for people with dementia is a matter of course for you
• do you also describe yourself as empathetic, committed and responsible?
