Subject Matter Specialist in Communication at 40%

Who are we?

HEFP (Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle) is the Swiss expert organization for vocational education and training. We offer training and continuing education to vocational education and training managers, we conduct research projects on vocational education and training, we contribute to the development of professions and support international cooperation in the field of vocational education and training. Our sites are located in Zollikofen near Berne (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement the external communication of HEFP, in coherence with the institutional strategy and guidelines
• Create, write and adapt content for different channels (website, social networks, newsletter, media, etc.) and audiences of HEFP
• Plan and carry out communication measures for HEFP events, in collaboration with project managers and the concerned partners
• Ensure media relations, particularly in Suisse romande, active and reactive media work
• Coordinate and ensure the internal communication of the Haute école at the Renens site

Your profile

Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you represent HEFP with professionalism and ease in different working groups and networks. You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and a good team spirit.

You have a higher education degree in communication, public relations, journalism or a comparable field, as well as relevant professional experience in institutional communication.

You possess excellent writing skills in French, visual design skills and are well acquainted with the Swiss vocational education and training landscape. You are comfortable with social networks and master the principles of digital communication. You have a good command of another national language as well as English.

Your sense of organization and your project management skills allow you to plan and implement communication measures for different events. You know how to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work effectively with internal and external partners.
