To reinforce our team and to assist in the establishment of the Institut für Pflege und Interprofessionalität, we are looking for you as of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement as

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the establishment of sustainable structures and processes of the new Institut für Pflege und Interprofessionalität
• Organization of meetings as well as minute-taking
• Maintenance of the institute website
• Honorarium accounting and contract support for external lecturers
• Collaboration in budget planning
• Contact person for institute employees for various queries
• Support in personnel processes (finding appointments, entry/exit) in cooperation with HR
• various other administrative support for the institute management
• Collaboration in projects and committee support
• Support of the department in CRM in cooperation with Marketing & Kommunikation

Your profile

• completed commercial basic training
• some years of experience in an assistant function
• proficient handling of MS-Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento is an advantage)
• experience in the education sector is an advantage
• high service orientation and social competence
• structured, independent and reliable way of working
• flexibility, resilience and quick comprehension
• interest and willingness to think along and help shape things in dynamic situations
