The Stiftung Contenti is a social institution with residential and work places for people with a primary physical impairment in the heart of Luzern.

For the Living area, we are looking as of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement

Team Leader Living (80%) ##

The Living area of Stiftung Contenti offers 20 residential and 6 day places (day structure without salary) for adults with an impairment, usually with a physical disability. The residents live in two residential units with two cluster apartments each.

Your tasks ###

• Leadership of a residential unit with two residential groups (each 5 residents) with comprehensive personnel, organizational, and professional responsibility (team size of approx. 10 people)
• Promotion of transparent and professional cooperation within the Living leadership team, with the care team, and with external stakeholders
• Participation in the organizational and conceptual further development of the Living area and the Team Leader function
• Ensuring adequate care and support of the residents, promoting their self-determination and participation
• Budget and infrastructure responsibility, sustainable and economical use of resources
• Participation in the residential groups in support and care

Your profile ###

• Education in the social or health sector FH or HF (e.g., social pedagogy) or equivalent education
• Leadership experience and/or leadership training at the team leader level
• High identification with the values / mission statement of Stiftung Contenti: inclusion, empowerment, participation, respect, and appreciation
• Ability to make decisions, resilience, and a solution-oriented attitude
• Communication and organizational strength, initiative, and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility as well as the ability to shape change processes together
• Readiness for the further development of the Living area
