Nearly 280 employees promote, support, care for, and employ people with disabilities in their living, working, and residential spaces. To this end, we offer 148 residential places in various forms of living as well as 175 workplaces in workshops and a service operation. In addition, 90 places are available in the daycare center. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a convincing personality as deputy for the person responsible for quality management 40% Limited for approx. 2--4 months Your area of responsibility * Ensure and further develop QM system: You maintain, care for, and further develop our existing quality management system as required. * Manage processes and documentation: You maintain and optimize the process landscape as well as the organizational manual. * Advise process owners: You advise and accompany process owners in the various areas pragmatically. * Coordinate continuous improvement: You coordinate the improvement process and systematically process the suggestion and measure system. * Accompany audits and reviews: You prepare internal as well as external audits, accompany and process them afterwards, and support the management in QM reviews. * Interfaces and knowledge transfer: You ensure smooth operation during the substitution and document specifically for the later handover. What you bring with you * Further education and practice: You have further training in quality management (e.g., QM officer, auditor) and bring sound practical experience in a comparable function. * Industry experience: You are familiar with the non-profit, social, health, or institutional sector and ideally are familiar with standards such as SODK OST+. * Efficient way of working: You have a quick grasp, a strong flair for process optimization, and present complex processes understandably. * Team-oriented cooperation: You bring social competence and a winning appearance and enjoy working interdisciplinarily at all hierarchical levels. * High initiative: You like to roll up your sleeves and organize yourself quickly and goal-oriented. * Digital competence: You move confidently in Word and Excel.
