A coordination and support body, the Secrétariat général supports the activities of the services of the Direction des Finances et de la Mobilité (FIM). Attached to the Secrétaire générale de Direction, the comptabilité de Direction ensures the processing of all current accounting tasks and collaborates on the payroll management of the Direction. As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an auxiliary accountant for a temporary mission. You will join a committed team and actively contribute to the sound financial management of the direction, by ensuring the monitoring of accounting operations and providing your expertise to the different activities of the unit.

Auxiliary contract until 31.07.2027

Main mission(s) ###

Process invoicing and operations related to accounts receivable

Process and enter supplier purchase orders

Process internal invoices

Control and record entries for financial accounting

Participate in special tasks entrusted to the comptabilité de Direction

Generate and control VAT returns

Perform account reconciliation

Participate in the preparation of the year-end closing

Profile ###

CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent

Additional training in accounting, an asset

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the accounting field, ideally in a public administration

Dynamic personality with a sense of organization and teamwork

Autonomy, rigor and precision

Ability to integrate into a small team

Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of the ERP Abacus, an asset
