Job description
We are looking for you! To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed specialist in care (with EFZ or recognized qualification) workload 40 - 60 % ( 2-3 days ) Are you a specialist in care with heart and soul and would like to work in a loving, small facility where you can work independently and creatively? Then you are exactly right with us! Who are we? We are a small, family-like childcare facility where the children are the center. With a dedicated team and a warm atmosphere, we create a place where children and parents feel comfortable. We work in a semi-open concept and care for children from the age of 3 months until entering kindergarten. Due to our location in the beautiful Seetal , the setup and design of the Kita, we enjoy a very professional, cozy and family-like environment, which also has a positive effect on the children. Planning and designing guided sequences
Designing a varied daily routine with room for creativity and free play
Planning and implementation of our forest project
Being the contact person as well as the educational partner of the parents
Implementation of the pedagogical concept
Designing the group rooms
Carrying out the settling-in process for new children
What we wish from you:

A completed training as a specialist in care or a comparable qualification
