plan, lead, and implement marketing and communication projects – from digital campaigns to promotions and content measures
take on project management including conception, budget management, coordination of internal and external partners, as well as success control
are responsible for the conception, content planning and – if possible – also the writing of newsletter articles as well as management and controlling
participate in the implementation of the annual report
promote close cooperation within the content team, act as a hub in larger projects, contribute ideas to the planning process, and take responsibility for performance measurement and optimization

This means: You …

bring sound experience in marketing communication and project management – ideally in the campaign and content area, additionally you have control over budgets and deadlines
have a sense for texts, storytelling, and content creation
are strong in newsletter marketing and know how newsletters reach their target group
are familiar with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Power BI, or are eager to learn them
are strong in organization, coordination, and cooperation with various internal stakeholders and external partners
can think analytically and enjoy measuring results and optimizing measures
work proactively, independently, and as part of a team in an interdisciplinary environment
