As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Vaud, we are currently looking for several Security Agents for different types of missions in a commercial environment. Several opportunities are currently available ----------------------------------------------------- ### 7 auxiliary positions -- 2 to 3 days per week We are looking for 7 auxiliary agents available approximately 2 to 3 days per week. Working days can vary and are organized according to operational needs and your availability. This position may particularly suit students or people looking for complementary activity. ### Fixed position -- Grocery store in Lausanne We are also looking for 1 agent for a fixed position within a grocery store in Lausanne. Hours: * 09h00 -- 13h30 * 16h00 -- 19h10 This position requires regular availability according to the days planned in the schedule and a constant presence on site. ### Fixed position -- Evening service We are looking for 1 agent available to ensure evening shifts, with hours of: 18h00 -- 23h00 This position is intended for a person looking for a regular evening activity and able to commit to recurring availability. ### Itinerant position -- Surveillance and plainclothes interventions We are also looking for 1 agent for a mixed itinerant position. The mission includes, in particular, travel to different commercial sites as well as interventions in plain clothes, with the objective of detecting and intervening in proven shoplifting situations. This position notably requires: * Excellent observation skills * Good autonomy * An ability to travel between different sites * Composure and good self-control * Excellent application of intervention procedures * A professional and discreet presentation Your mission ----------------- Regardless of the position, you are a true actor of prevention and security in the field. You contribute to the securing of our clients' sites while adopting a professional and respectful attitude towards employees and customers. Depending on the position held, your missions may include: * Active surveillance and deterrent presence * Prevention of theft and incivilities * Observation and analysis of suspicious behavior * Assistance and customer relations * Intervention in case of proven theft * Collaboration with store staff * Rigorous application of legal and internal procedures * Writing of intervention reports What we are looking for --------------------------- * Excellent presentation and professional attitude * Keen sense of observation * Calm, diplomacy, and self-control * Rigor in the application of procedures * Good interpersonal skills and sense of service * Ability to work independently * Good physical condition and ability to remain standing for long periods * Availability and reliability Experience in security, surveillance, or the commercial field is an asset, but not necessarily indispensable depending on the position. Condition: No criminal convictions and no ongoing legal proceedings, in Switzerland or abroad.
