Urban Planner Project Manager - Architect Specialist in housing and living at 80%
at the Service d'urbanisme et d'architecture, Secteur développement urbain
Your missions
Plan the urban development of the municipality in collaboration with the head of sector
Ensure the conduct of studies and projects related to territorial planning
Implement the objectives of housing and living policy through studies and measures
Develop and administer financial plans and project budgets
Provide support to other urban policies, such as the climate plan, sustainable development, heritage, water, economy, mobility
Your profile
Architect EPF, master in territorial development, master in geography or training deemed equivalent
Certified training in project management would be an asset
Professional experience in urban planning, territorial planning or the fields of housing, living and/or real estate
Solid knowledge of the legal frameworks governing land-use planning and housing policy
Good knowledge of political environments, institutional and legal procedures
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, ability to manage complex problems by adopting a global and transversal vision
Knowledge of the Ville de Fribourg, its surroundings and the local professional network would be an asset
Mastery of the French language, with ideally good knowledge of the German language
Start date: 1st January 2027 or to be agreed
