For the creative workshops sector, we are looking for a committed person with strong leadership skills as a Creative Workshops Team Leader (70-80% workload) starting from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

The creative workshops include the specialties of weaving, paper, wood, ceramics, cards, and candles. You will lead the different teams with a total of 10 specialized employees and 30 protected and occupational workstations.

Main tasks

• Direction of the "Creative Workshops" sector. You are co-responsible for the attractiveness and high quality of our own products and services
• Practical and pedagogical support for our employees in need of support and assistance in the training of IV PrA apprentices
• Promotion of the skills, resources, and capacities of the assigned employees in need of support
• Organizational and planning responsibility as well as leadership of the pedagogical team
• Participation and representation in the various areas in case of absence of other team members
• Development and planning of Château brand items in collaboration with the workshop teams
• Promotion of inter-team collaboration. Identify, use, and plan synergies, opportunities, and resources
• Economic and strategic direction with a focus on current market trends

Required profile

• Completed professional training and ideally experience in the field of craftsmanship
• Pronounced creative and manual skill
• Training in work pedagogy or equivalent training
• Stress resistance, flexibility, assertiveness as well as pleasure in working in a team
• Motivated, committed, and autonomous personality with an emphasis on organization, planning, and administration
• Good user IT knowledge
• Experience in team management and/or willingness to undergo continuous "team management" training
