Accountant (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Manage financial compensations of games
• Prepare quarterly VAT statements
• Monitor and reconcile employer contributions
• Monitor and analyze variances in gross product adjustments of games
• Manage treasury of bank accounts
• Maintain the accounting of an external company as well as all correspondence with the members of this company
• Maintain and monitor accounts according to Swiss GAAP RPC accounting standards
• Participate in monthly and annual closings as well as in the various closing reports
• Elaborate financial and accounting statistics
• Coordinate the update of financial and accounting procedures
• Participate and be proactive in working groups related to company projects impacting accounting
• Propose possible and desirable improvements to the activity or the organization of the department

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting successfully completed
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent mastery of MS Office office tools
• Good knowledge of the Oracle ERP system
• Good knowledge of English
• Analytical capacity
• Friendliness and team spirit
• Versatility and discretion
• Stress resistance
